Hi, I’m bk w/ a question. It can be difficult stitching elastic this way to get the actual waist or neckline size. Can you list what it would be & the difference up or down in size. Because you aren’t creating a casing for elastic that can have a lot of leeway. I’ll probably add a casing & just measure my granddaughters but someone new might have difficulty w/ the fit. Thank you again!!
