And WHY does it hurt? Babies have plenty of fat where the needle is put,so that is a buffer.And there are no nerve endings in the fat. What is much worse is the fact that they are given SEVERAL vaccinations ALL AT ONCE.Which can cause an allergic reaction that might be dangerous for a babys organism.

Have you ever felt a needle being so painful when you got a vaccination as a grownup???? And the needles are not so long anyway. Babies will scream about anything that is unfamiliar to them.
