I have baby number 2 due in a few months and we want more children. My first and second will be 6 years apart but im not sure how close 2 and 3 will be. I am stuck on the city select or city mini. Not sure if i want to fork out the extra money on the select but if i have kids closer in age maybe it will be a good investment. Im hoping after 2 years we try for number 3. Not sure if i should invest in the stroller that converts to double.

Congratulations!! Just by the sound of it, the City Select or City Select Lux would be a good fit for your family. Both these strollers can be a single, double, and can accommodate 3 children at once by using a glider board in conjunction with the 2 toddler seats. The City Mini Double or Mini GT Double would also be great options because they can accommodate 3 children as well by using the glider board. The difference between the City Selects and the City Minis is that the Selects are modular and the Minis are not. Hope this helped!

Are the seat covers removable on either model for machine washing? Thanks 😊

The fabric is not removable, but they are both super easy cleans. You just take a damp cloth and wipe it off.

I have an older model city mini and unless Baby Jogger has changed the way the fabric comes off and their cleaning recommendations THEY are machine washable. You just take the fabric off the frame and remove the plastic boards from the seat wash on gentle with cold water and air dry.

Maria Florencia Cardenas Carrasco baby jogger makes an infant car seat you can buy. This stroller can fit a lot of different brands of car seats though. We have a graco snugride 35 and it works great with this stroller!
