They ruined Little Italy with all the non-Italian stores and graffiti. It's become too commercial as has the San Gennaro Festival. It's not as authentic as it used to be. Decades ago, Italian-Americans made a big mistake in not purchasing all the buildings of Manhattan's Little Italy when they were still affordable. Let's hope Baby John and others like him will come together and salvage as much as they can of this historic neighborhood.

Visited Baby John’s a couple of weeks ago. The paninis, the olives, the wine, all delicious. Loved talking to Baby John; the place was a vibe. Will definitely be back next trip!

Those folks in the Cafe Napoli aren't Italian, sorry. He calls it "El" Cortile...that's Spanish. "Il Cortile...si e' Italiano. This is a joke and an insult.
