I think the room is really cute but I think you guys should move the floral back drop elsewhere since kate is going to sleep there. Since you’re pregnant it will be hard to vacuum the fake flowers. Dust accumulates really fast so it is not safe to have them hanging above kate because that is what she is going to breathe in.

If it's regularly cleaned as it should be to prevent dust, the hazard go up for normal wear and tear. There is no way to catch all the partials as they fall. Choking hazard is 100% this video was hard for me to watch. The mattress is far too high. The baby in this short video rolled over and pushed up. This poor little one will push itself right out of the crib. I hope she's making better choices because this set up prioritizes vanity over health and safety. And that scares me

Having the mattress so high could be dangerous. She could fall out of the crib once she starts to stand up on her own and starts trying to reach/grab things.

Did you know the crib have adjustable levels. For babies its high. When their a toddler you can drop the level of the crib more down.

Has nothing to do with the mattress. You can have a bed right next to your bed and the best mattress made by the Gods. If you never trained a baby to sleep in the crib she won’t.

Not true. My baby hated her mattress! She refused to sleep in her crip for days. I purchased a better mattress and she slept like a baby. No more issues. I guess some babies prefer more comfort lol

It all looks so beautiful. But I wouldn’t put those flower things over the bed in case one falls off and your baby puts it in her mouth. Unless it’s really secure. I wouldn’t take the chance.

I have to say the mattress that your baby didn't like, I remember going on holiday and sleeping in a caravan, all the beds were plastic covered like that mattress, it was so cold to sleep on, it was warm outside but wow it was cold sleeping on those mattresses , so not surprised poor baby wasn't sleeping, who knew though? I also remember having a car seat my son hated, turned out it had no padding underneath the cover, the only padding was the cover, we got it in a present , I had to kit it out with foam , he would cry all the time until I done that. Sometimes I don't think companies realise or care, it's worth remembering all these little things that's easy forgotten in pregnancy excitement . Good luck and take care X,

Please be careful about putting mattresses on top of each other,because your daughter is starting to sit up and soon she will be able to stand up ... ,Because of the two mattresses, the barrier has become very short and unsafe for her age .. I really really hope you aren’t leaving the pillows and blankets in there with her!! To decrease the risk of SIDS you need to only have a firm mattress and THATS IT in a crib for the first 12 months! I know it all looks super pretty but it is sooo dangerous of the little ones!!
