Love this! I think another a big one to consider also is who coordinates childcare- so often women are in charge of contacting, training and negotiating with a babysitter. It should equally fall to both partners

Never seen your channel before but: driving. Don't let one parent become "the chaffeur" and the other be "hey, where's [blank] i need to go somewhere!"

Love the list! My partner and I have two kids, we both take them to doctor/dentist appointments because the office lets us schedule them one after another, so they're typically both being seen at the same time. Saves a trip by doing it the same day and we usually do a little something together as a family afterwards. I'm sure y'all will figure out what works for your family. It's so great that y'all are having these conversations now, I think more people should do this!

Who will take a sick day when the kids are sick and need care in the home - big one - women taking this all the time leads to less opportunities in the workplace (perception) and to the gender gap in pay because we are out sick more than our male counterparts and seen as "less reliable".
