Now I know why my hinges are such a problem coming unstuck when I fold up the sides! Thanks so much!

Your albums are always so beautiful! And your work is impeccable. I'm curious what kind of cardstock you use. When I wrap a cover this way I get cracking :( Thank you!
@ScrapandCoffee3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I use Colormates smooth & silky 80 lb from the papermillstore (tinyurl.com/a39xzbm8) The cracking happens to me as well at times mostly during winter when the heating is on and the paper drys out. Or it can happen because you go to fast, I always go over all these small steps to try and prevent it, like scoring and pre folding and really take time to burnish and break the fibers down.

I'm still working on the outside cover and I don't see the measurements for the blue window frame. Can you please tell me the correct size. My baby girl album looks so beautyful, thank you so much for this tutorial.

Sorry it's not in the cutting guide... I worked backwards on the frame. I sized one of the frames in the collection down to 5.75 x 4.25" And made the pocket to match. The easiest way is to make a pocket: 6.75" x 4-7/8" score on the 6.75 side at 0.50" and 6.25" score on the 4-7/8" side at 0.50". I made a 0.50" frame. Acetate was cut to: 5.50" x 4-1/8" If you want to use the frame as well and size it like I did it should fit.

@@ScrapandCoffee Thank you Yvanca, you are really the best crafter ever - you answer so quick and the frame is finished now and fits perfect. Enjoy the sunday with your familiy and have fun. xoxo Brigitte

Love this - can you tell me if you cut the "cut apart" roses, "it's a boy" on a scan/cut or cricut or fussy cut? How did you get the black paper border around these designs?
@ScrapandCoffee3 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Often I use my Scan n Cut but this time I fussy cut the elements. Glue them on black cardstock and fussy cut again with a border. If I use my Scan n Cut I can ran them through a second time and cut with a border as well.

Do you print the paper with the camera on it that shows where a photo goes?
@ScrapandCoffee3 жыл бұрын
No, I make the photo mats myself. With a stamp for the camera and a marker for the border.

What is that clasp you have that you spin to open the photo on eight months called

It's a "frame turner" or "photo frame turner" I found it on amazon.
