I think she just means hold him the way a human baby is held when bottle fed . However in the wild the baby monkey would have their head flopped back or at the most just next to mums boob they dont lay down to eat or feed off mum so it isn't really relevant . Far more important is not making him stand on his legs because this causes bone issues
