This is so wrong in so many ways. Miker has been taught to hump anything and everything. You can hear cameraman, her husband, instruct Miker. Miker is scared of him. I fear to think what goes on when camera switched off. Miker gets food / bottle when he performs. Normally he is naked and knows when he lies on his back he 'self soothes'.
