"...Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears | dance fitness choreography by Gino Johnson and Alana

Did you know that this Britney Spears album and single was released in 1999? More than 20 years later, we still love it. So bring on the '90s nostalgia. All levels of our #DallasDanceFitness dancers love this classic Brit Brit song!
The moves in this dance fitness routine were inspired from the "...Baby One More Time" music video, and it is recommended for advanced, intermediate and beginners. As one of our longtime DDF dancers says, "Just get the feet first! Worry about the arms later!" And that is true for this routine. There are lots of intricate pieces here. If you are a dance fitness instructor using this choreography, we encourage you to break this one down before you start teaching. Then, get your dancers moving and get your Girl On!
