FINALLY SOMEONE KNOWS THIS TO MAKE THIS U NEED ONLY TWO INGREDIENTS CREAM AND POWDER AFTER ADDING CREAM AS MUCH AS U WANT ADD A LOT OF POWDER AND IF THE POWDER IS over load add a bit cream again and than knead it with ur hands after its made keep in in a nice container or else it will turn into pigment or powder again (Any powder and cream is okay)
