At :30 to :35 he was wagging his tail, I'm confident he meant you no harm. Females at that age are timid. I believe someone with cats had fed him before. He'll should still be in that area if you want to feed him. Same time of day and take a can of cat food on your jog.

definitely looked like it has met a friendly person who had fed it. I would bring it snacks and made friends

How could you not have scooped that lol cutie up!!!! It's just a li'l baby with no mom around 😢 I would have taken him in somewhere. I love racoons so much.
