Sam that is so brilliant to hear, thank you so much for your comment and god bless you and your baby too. I hope the nasal blockage continues to be better. We all suffer in my house from the same and have an essential oil diffuser running through the nights with lavender and eucalyptus radiata which really seems to help us. Worth checking out?

@@preethigurunathan7836 Hello! Thank you for your comment. At 7.5 months it is very normal for your baby to still be waking throughout the night. It is completely exhausting I know! It depends on so many factors, if your baby is breast or bottle fed, if they are sleeping with you or alone etc etc. Are you able to consult a baby sleep practitioner or similar to help you? Your baby is still so little and needs you for comfort and safety in this early stage of their life. If you can provide the safety and reassurance now they will need it less as they reach the next stage of development and the sleeping through the night will come soon. I know that’s not the magic answer but hang on in there mama! Massaging your baby as well as giving Refelxology encourages sleep too so maybe have a look at learning how to massage your baby too. Good luck! I’ve been there, I know how hard it is with the lack of consistent sleep but it will come I promise x

I use to do this... for my baby and use to sleep after a while.....but it's a coincidence that I never knew those are actually pressure points 😀😀... So I am doing the right thing for my baby Thanks for confirming
