How cute. The way that baby opened it’s mouth for the food the very first bite. , obviously it had been spoon fed before. Maybe not veggies. Why vegetables? Why nit something a little milder. Rice cereal with bananas mixed into it. Gentle on them. So cute towards the end when she ate with a little growl!

She is beautiful. The farther the food is put in her mouth they won’ spit it as easily. They don’t mean to spit it out. Their tongue gets in the way.

For anyone watching now, just please be aware that the tongue action you are seeing (the baby pushing the food out) is a sign they aren't truly ready for solids.

Wrong. First time eating solids after months of bottle or breast. Suckling a bottle/breast requires a different movement, which they will learn. ALL babies do that until they figure it out......and they will.....loof
