We will never agree on all things, but for me I see all of the LOVE the two of you have for each other and your children and for them that is what they really remember. I teach kids and of all the things they talk about it is the things that are traditional and a part of their families. In the time that yours kids are growing up getting their ears pierced is no different than getting cell phones, The way you cherish them is what is important to them.
