I have an idea for a Prehistoric King Update, it would center around the Triassic Period, for a new map I would add China, for a new Biome I would add the Neutral biome (which is sometimes Boreal while sometimes Temperate), for the theme of this update I would make it a Chinese theme (which would certainly be appropriate), for new building’s I would add a wall (to reference the Great Wall of China), and finally for creatures, I would add Postosuchus, Herrerasaurus, Eoraptor and Mussaurus, Mussaurus would be an alternate genome of Plateosaurus, and Postosuchus would be both a Piscivore and a Carnivore.

Hiya! Just feeding the youtube algorhythm with nice comments! Temperature will play a more significant part in housing creatures but according to the Trello page it's still in development. I can see where you're coming from, with wanting to micromanage what individual employees do. But the core identity is dinosaur park management and I think every minute that you can't enjoy looking at extinct creatures in peace, because your set-up was bogged up, is not in accord with the devs' philosophy. That being said, being able to purposefully screw things up could be fun ONCE in a LONG while. By the way I think the compost and storage compound will work with proximity, not necessarily a closed range with a set diamenter outside of which they can't be used. This makes park beauty more forgiving too, because you won't need this infrastructure every 100m. And the way it currently is implemented, the negative impact of energy generation can be completely nullified by building a closed fence in front: it doesn't require many resources. I just wouldn't like if half of my park consists of hubs of buildings. How to turn compost into meat... Well, that's how agriculture works, doesn't it? Sure, the proposed system is extremely simplified but it stays true to the core: you don't feed lifestock dinosaur poop, but you feed them the crops from the fields that manure was spread on. The scale of this operation in a grid of 12x12x4 is the most unrealistic part of this, it's way too small haha

i hope there's kind of an element of choosing how much you want to micromanage or be hands off because everyone plays differently, although i do agree with you that the more "watchmaker" sort of approach is what the devs are aiming for, at least as much as possible. set and, provided you set it well, forget it lol. i can't wait to see what the new infastructures look like in action.... and i had the same thought, are we gonna have a goat pasture or something for the meat?? 😂
