Yes, this is quite common when there is not an adult tooth growing under the primary tooth. The other primary teeth just wiggle or fall out so people are surprise that the tooth can be so big.

Yes, that is true for many people. If they do not have pain they do not go to the dentist for cleanings. Could you see how the end of the video had an LED toothbrush that would help people have better oral hygiene?

Yes, this is a microscope. Look at my other videos to see how great it is to do dental work under a microscope. I record every procedure and show them to the patients if they would like. This is how I came up with the idea of an LED toothbrushes with multiple attachments. Do you understand how the rubber pick works ?
