Oh god finally someone pointed it out. I like father-daughter manhwas but absolutely hate it when the father doesn't care about his son. Like just cause he's a boy you ain't gonna care? 😭 The difference is treatment is so obvious it quickly makes me drop whatever manhwa I'm reading

@@Autumn-xs1bt exactly like it’s great that their not obsessing over having a male heir, but still u basically favouring one child over another. What just because she the only daughter or reminds u of ur dead wife. Remember you have sons as well that needs ur love and attention. This is why I always try to find isakei manhwa’s with either a male mc or the father cares for all his children not just the daughter. I’m kinda tired of the daughter obsessed fathers if they don’t care about their other children. It doesn’t matter if the brother is a siscon and love their sister, ur telling me they don’t feel hurt or hint of resentment towards their sister if their only parent cares only about them. I read a fanfic about Arjen from the twin siblings new life where he basically masked his emotions cause even tho he and Arien are twins, everyone including his father, brothers and their shared guardian, Jason, seem to only care about Arien. They didn't even notice how cold and distant he becomes. I image that's how all the older siblings feel when comes to being pushed aside.
