Ideally Yang Jian and Jingwei are great for the array but hard to get to 6* for obvious reasons The skill itself, a lot of people use the shaman joint strike (me included) but it usually just depends on what immortal friends you have unlocked because you are limited by what you pull

Those can only be obtained from the website of the game and purchasing them there You can then send the vouchers you get from buying packs there, to other people (which is how i got them)
