SEA is most likely being held back by global, and in global we have yet to see s1 get to perfection. It might happen in 1-2 months most likely, and then nirvana timer and then finally the timer for immortal world.

You can see perfection timer in cultivation abode. S31 is 20days now. So s1 is probably 16 or so. Think they were 4 days ahead.

It has definitely been slowed because of global for sure - CN server has had immortal world for a year now though so its not like the content isnt done (just needs to be translated) Hopefully when perf unlocks for s1, SEA can go to celestial lol
