I sound like a fckin idiot in this video intro.. whatever. cherry video, is what it is..
A Sunday hanging with my pigeons on the roof in Brooklyn, late winter 2018. Some cussing at passing hawks, some chores - scraping the floors, setting a bath, counting roller eggs, etc.
We out here in Bushwick Brooklyn, the pigeon flyer's paradise.

I got some questions? This is from somebody Who has his birds on a ground loft. How did you get all the material up there on that roof to build those lofts? When you have really windy days in the city how do you keep those pigeon lofts from blowing off the roof? When it gets really snowy and icy how do you get up on that roof without falling off that ladder. I would be scared to death the crawl up there was a bag of pigeon feed on my shoulder!

everything on the roof goes up and down that fire-escape ladder, out the window from my apartment. feed comes up on my shoulder. wood for the coops too piece by piece. its fast and convenient, but yeah really scary and unnecessarily dangerous. is what it is, ive gone up and down that thing literally 10000 times. someday ill fall.. ive got a video of t=a crazy wind blowing one of the coops over, check it out. but generally speaking the oops are too heavy to move in the wind. snow and ice sucks, you just deal with it and climb the ladder, and focus while you're doin it. thanks for watchin
