I’m sort of confused because for whatever reason during the concert, Su’s voice sounded incredibly high pitched to the point of concern, like she was purposefully singing in a chipmunk voice. However after watching this, her pitch sounds pretty normal so idk what happened.

I had the same experience on night 1. Everything including the "ARE YOU READY TO HEADBANG" track sounded about 10% faster....I dunno cool show but the sound was at like 12. Third time seeing them and this was the only time I noticed. Sick New world and KZbin Theater sounded normal.
