I saw them last week in Seattle. I’m 62 and have probably seen 200-300 concerts and it was def in Top10 all-time. The energy was amazing, cannot even begin to describe what it feels like to see them dancing their ASSES off every song, the crowd just feeds on that and then amplifies it back to the stage. In last 7 weeks I saw Tears For Fears, Kansas, Styx, Coheed & Cambria, Peter Gabriel (twice!) and this was the most memorable!

I’m 59 and have seen many hundreds of shows, and they did not disappoint. I’ve spent countless nights watching them on KZbin, even have ten of their Blu-ray’s, and loved every second of their performance. I was at the Seattle show too, btw.

@@mikelorsborn8400 no, but I went to school with some Tollefsons I wasn’t related to, so there are a few of us out there. I hope he was a nice guy. Excited about getting the new Babymetal bluray, and curious what their next move will be after their touring is over. They will have played almost twice as many shows this year as they played in their busiest years, so they’ve been working hard and pleasing a ton of fans.

I've been to 1000s oif shows and have seen that many sets multiplied by openers and other bads....Babymetal is still the most standout set I've ever seen. They legit blew my mind and I've seen them every single time I could since 2017. When you see the crowd go fucking insane lime its 1960s Beatlemania, there's nothing like it.

Saw them live about a week ago after trying to get my schedule to coincide with one of their tours for more than a decade. Was so fantastic. Not much of an indoor concert person myself, but if they ever come back my way again and I can make it, gonna buy a ticket as soon as they go on sale. Been a while since a venue has given me the same goosebumps I had at my first concert (Rage Against the Machine in '99), but Babymetal is one of them (Nightwish and Dragonforce were the others, still need to see Sabaton).

For some reason, Japanese television and media outlets have been reluctant to report on BABYMETAL's two-month-long 2023 U.S. tour and the excitement surrounding it. As a result, Japanese TV and other media rarely report that BABYMETAL has completed its tour around the U.S., starting with a performance in Houston, Texas, on August 30 and ending with a performance at the KZbin Theater in Los Angeles on October 11. Therefore, the general Japanese public is not informed of the girls' touring activities. Therefore, it is hardly known in Japan that BABYMETAL had been giving exciting performances in various places in the U.S. during this year's U.S. tour, which lasted for 29 shows in total. Despite the fact that BABYMETAL is the most famous Japanese band in the world, the Japanese public has little knowledge of or interest in BABYMETAL. Many Japanese probably do not even know the members' faces, names, or songs. If you were to ask Japanese people on the streets of Japan today, many of them would probably say that they have never heard of BABYMETAL or their music.

We all know that some fans are in Japan. What I am talking about here is not the presence or absence of a few enthusiastic fans, but their fame and popularity in their home country. I am talking about the fact that even though they have been active outside of Japan for such a long time, their music and the names of their members are still unknown to most people in their home country. No other group from Japan has been able to active in abroad for such a long period of time. Nevertheless, the lack of widespread popularity in their home country may not be all bad, but I am sure that when the girls retire and return to their native Japan someday, they will be saddened by the fact that they are not generally well known. I don't want that to happen. I hope the effort they put in will be rewarded.
