This is GREAT! I am 70 and have played in bands for decades. Occasionally something comes along that grabs my attention, like Garbage's 'Version 2.0'. And now this clip certainly grabbed it. Not only are the girls doing a fantastic job, the lads in the band really rip with precision. Great sound, too. The lack of response by the majority of the audience is surely because they are shell shocked or they don't know what's hitting them - they want something familiar, not new and vibrant. Such is the plight of music - the so called 'music lovers' don't really love music, they love what they can identify with. Hopefully they will come to grips with themselves because Babymetal certainly warrants a response much, much greater than what we see here. Bravo Babymetal!

At this point Babymetal is a very known band around the world, they fulled theaters and made the people crazy in their concerts, if Glastonbury invited Babymetal to the festival is because the people know them or want to see them, that's the reason because is surprising the dead crowd, especially with this song that is one of the funniest and most festive songs of the album.

Oldman, you're missing the point here. All these people in the crowd here have come to experience something new. The people here are doing exactly the opposite of your so called "plight". I would know, by the way. I am in the crowd about 3/4 rows back

Glastonbury are just a horrid crowd with many going for the social media images more than to listen to the music. Sonisphere, Download, Reading and Leeds festivals crowds were normally significantly better. Parklife depends on how high the crowd is 😂

That girl, Suzuka "Su-Metal" Nakamoto, has been Babymetal's frontwoman for almost nine years now and she's been singing & dancing professionally for over half her life. She's a once in a generation Talent. Musicians & singers 3× her age who've been performing since before she was born respect her. It helps that she's apparently a nice person.

I just think it's impressive how much moving around she does at the shows with all the dancing and somehow manages to remain on pitch almost the entire time. A lot of artists on the female metal scene can't do that standing still it seems lol.
