They recorded for first time take only for numerous artis in Japan and release in YT channel. There are so many singers already performing in this channel.

A white studio, microphone(s), backing track and only 1 take. Sound check and Rehearse all you want. But once actual recording starts you've got just that 1 take. No exceptions. If it is being published, it means they did it.
