Electric Callboy is not just the two guys and they're also not just 4 guys that you saw in your search (you were looking at a zoomed in image of only 4 of them - right next to it was a picture of all 6). They're 6 dudes/a whole band from Germany. 2 singers (1 harsh vocals, 1 clean vocals), 3 guitarists (lead, rhythm, bass), 1 drummer. Besides the 2 singers, who are very visable in the video, you can also see the other band members in some shots for a brief moment and in the background. This music video was also done by Electric Callboy (one guitarists owns a movie company together with his brother; they usually make most of the Electric Callboy videos) and it was shot in Germany. Babymetal are the 3 beautiful girls from Japan.

I really appreciate, that you looked it up in the video instead of just asking the comment section. I know, it drives engagement up. But I always like when a reactor engages with the material, the artists etc.

Good first reaction. Both bands formed in 2010. Electric Callboy are from Germany and are great musicians, but they like to have fun and inject some humour into what they do. Although this is a straight collaboration between the two bands it is very much in the Electric Callboy style, you will have fun exploring more of their own work. BABYMETAL are Japanese. They mix things up even more than Electric Callboy and they are the best live entertainment of any kind that I've had the privilege to experience in person. You won't have seen or heard anything quite like them, they pioneered their own metal sub-genre fusing metal with J-Pop hooks, melodies and aesthetics (absolutely no K anything ... K-Pop is from South Korea, BABYMETAL are Japanese - mixing them up is seen as insulting and you will upset people from both countries). BABYMETAL also introduced choreographed dance to metal (yes they did that) and they are both original and unique. They are Su-metal (lead vocalist), Moametal and Momometal (backing vocals, harmonies and in charge of choreo which not only helps with interpreting the meaning of songs or a lyric, it also involves and includes the crowd - when the girls jump, pump a fist, chant or whatever the crowd follows their lead). Su-metal was 12 when BABYMETAL started in 2010, Moametal and the original third member Yuimetal were both 11. Yuimetal last appeared in October 2017 and left the band in October 2018 because of ongoing health issues. Su and Moa continued as a duo for 4-5 years supported by 3 dancers (the Avengers) who would take turns dancing (not singing) in the third spot. On 1st April 2023 the last remaining Avenger Momoko was revealed as the new official third member Momometal - and she finally got her mic to join in with the singing. BABYMETAL have nearly 70 songs now, each one different to the last - some are good hard metal, some lean towards their pop roots, they do everything in between and they will also mix and blend in so many other musical styles and genres with the metal. The whole thing was formed and developed around Su-metal's vocal talents ... as I said, she was only 12 when they started and she is phenomenal. Any growls in their songs have context and are used sparingly, so you will be fine (I really don't like being screamed at either). Pick any live BABYMETAL song, you can't go wrong. 'Megitsune' live at PIA MM Arena from April 2023 would be a good place to start. It is one of their earlier songs and it shows a lot of what they are all about - and I know you know the song since you watched Nemophila's cover.

Next suggestion: - Road Of Resistance live in Japan official MV (2015), it's the most epic live version and with the best sound and technical execution by the best musicians you can find in Japan.

Welcome to the Foxhole 🦊🤘🔥 It's always nice to see more reactors getting into this amazing group, they're a global phenomenon from Japan and trust me you have seen nothing yet. Here's a brief info about this amazing group: BabyMetal is a Japanese metal dance unit created in 2010 under another Jpop/Jrock group called Sakura Gakuin, they had 11 and 12 years old when started this and become independent after 2013, they created their own genre called kawaii-metal (kawaii means cute) mixing Jpop (no Kpop involved) with metal sound and different subgenres along with many more rhythms. Their name is a reference to a new genre and not related to their ages or "baby" faces, is a pun intended play words with "heavy-metal" which sounds similar to "baby-metal". They are: *SuMetal* lead vocalist, now 26. *MoaMetal* scream and dance, now 24, next month is her birthday. *MomoMetal* scream and dance, she's 21 and is the new official member since April 1st last year. -YuiMetal- scream and dance, former member since 2018. None of them are related. After 2018 you'll see backup dancers performing along with them but none of them are official members, they don't sing, only dance, but that status change recently like i said. There's no other group like them around and teaming up with this group from Germany just elevated them even higher. If you like Jpop and edm elements then you're gonna find a lot of cool songs blended with heavy metal in their latest album "The Other One" released last year. Songs like Divine Attack - Shingeki, METALIZM, Time Wave and Light and Darkness among other great songs as well tracks and live performance from early era will make you bounce and rock with this insane group. This single reached Number 1 best selling song in the US Billboard rock/metal chart for the first time for both bands! Last weekend of May they did the live premiere of this song in Japan at FOX_FEST (a festival held by BM) and everyone went wild with this collab, the live version is already out if you don't wanna stop enjoying this song. They played this together once again at Rock Am Ring and the day before at Rock Im Park in Germany twice in the same day, one during EC show and later at BM show. They're rocking out the Europe Tour with festival and headlining live shows singing this song but without EC for the moment. The girl in the middle is the lead singer SuMetal and she actually dance less than the other girls (MoaMetal and MomoMetal) because she sings most of the time but regardless she can dance and sing and you won't even notice she's out of breath. About this song: This was filmed in Germany and the concept of the MV is they're breaking boundaries with the genres and they don't care about corporation decisions. The "hips don't lie" is definitely a Shakira reference. The "Fu Fu" (or more like "wu-uh wu-uh") part sounds like Backstreet Boys - Everybody female backing chorus but it's also used in Japanese karaoke. The "push it to the limit" line it could be an homage to Scarface's movie, another post disco, dance rock song with some guitar elements. The moment when they're bursting the wall is another homage to Aerosmith x Run DMC - Walk This Way MV, symbolism of breaking the boundaries with the music genres like I already said. Also one of the singers is holding up the cable with electricity during the breakdown it could be a reference to "The Cable Guy" movie. When I heard the official audio I thought the second "Are you ready?" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that in the MV, although later fans spotted in the live performance, so it was her after all as well in the third chorus when singing "Everybody". There's probably more references but I'm a little bit far away from pop culture nowadays that I'm probably missing a lot more. Fun fact: EC said in a reactor comment and later at their own reaction video that they did the bursting the walls scene in one shot, there will be a bts so we're waiting for more. The crew had to put all those disco ball on the celling manually just for this song. They met each other last year when BM went to see EC live in Boston and they asked them to work together, this is a 50/50 collab song. Next suggestion: - Road Of Resistance live in Japan official MV (2015). I'm gonna leave in my next comment where to get more proshot clips safe to react if YT allows me to do it. See you next time 🦊🤘🐭

Here's the list of live performance clips usually safe to reacts without any filters so you won't need to rely on live compilations, there might be some exceptions: - Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!! live at Legend 1997, SuMetal 16th Birthday in 2013, they got MV of this and is fun, but live is a blast. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gn-pmneNf81lfKM - Akatsuki, live at Budokan 2014, this is a SuMetal solo. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nWOWaGV5arV9gq8 - Megitsune, official MV is my first recommendation but is usually blocked if you don't put filters, so if you want live and safe to react, check it out Budokan 2014. kzbin.info/www/bejne/moaWaXaPoNV1rKs - Akatsuki Unfinished Version, SuMetal solo again but with only a piano behind special performance at Legend 1997. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKjWmqGjrbmrmNE - Babymetal Death, live at Legend 1997, this is the big finale, you're gonna blow your mind with this one. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oIPGapeYnM51hqs - Catch Me If You Can with Kami Band intro live at Budokan 2014. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJibhpKgZcyjgqs - Ijime, Dame, Zettai live at Sonisphere Festival 2014, sometimes the official live MV isn't so friendly so you know what to do. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKCQkJaYm8mlj6c - Rondo Of Nightmare, with Mischiefs Of Metal Gods Intro live at Budokan 2014, another SuMetal solo but way different than usual happy songs. kzbin.info/www/bejne/boildZyCgrONmac - Doki Doki Morning, official MV, their very first song and MV full of kawaiiness, usually is safe to react so try it, if you want a live performance, this is the first proshot version with the Kami Band live at Legend 1999 (YuiMetal and MoaMetal 14th birthday). kzbin.info/www/bejne/eITNp2yFjtmKkJI - Uki Uki Midnight, this one is a follow up to Doki Doki Morning but way different sound, this is the PV, is super fun but the sound isn't so great but at least is live. kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5uQhoR_odamf7M If you want better sound with the Kami Band, then live at Budokan 2014 it is. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e4TdimyagZtkabM - Onedari Daisakusen, live at Legend 1997, this is a Black Babymetal song, is a subgroup with only YuiMetal and MoaMetal. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5W3YqytjrdoidE - Iine! again official MV hits way better but if you want live, here live at Budokan 2014. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6Smp4yMg8p3Ztk - Karate live at Download Festival 2016, "kitsune6001" got this with a short interview intro. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fHyyfWmsaLKXaMU - Road Of Resistance live in Japan official live MV, be careful with the blocked by putting some filters just in case. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIWoioh8nLGpm7ssi=BsVOSExS25Qndy1H - Kimi To Anime Ga Mitai - Answer For Animation With You, live at Budokan 2014, not sure if it's still safe, so try some filters, if is audio blocked try to mute or just cut the parts. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2mpfKijq81grZo Here's a song you can find at Babymetal Reactor Resource (BMRR), a helpful place to get watermarked logo clips of the original live version to curve the annoying algo. - GJ! live at Wembley Arena 2016, another Black Babymetal song. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpiTg6yimMxrfJI This is BMRR short vid to follow instructions and get the spreadsheet with the full list. kzbin.info/www/bejne/p2WTh6CKfbibasU And here's a BM guide (the long one). kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3rFY6t7qc2Xicksi=EnEYU4nN3tuiY3WL There's a beginners guide at "Briaghh" called "So... What is BabyMetal?" is more short and with some fair update until last year unlike the other one with full updates till this year. kzbin.info/www/bejne/b4mYp51nYrialZYsi=icqbG22Ysw0Pc-Ll 🦊🤘

Nice first reaction to both bands. 👊🏽⚡️I enjoy both bands. They are both a much needed shot of fun directly into the stoic arse of metal.🦊👊🏽. Babymetal recommendation = “From dusk till dawn”. Electric Callboy recommendation = “Hurrikan”. Both are deep cuts but show what both bands can do.

Not K-pop, but J-metal. More specifically Kawaii (cute) Metal, which is a blend of Japanese pop and metal. Works very well together. Have to start at Gimmie Chocolate official video. Its not their best song, still a great song though, but it is the best Fox Hole launching point.

Always interesting when the channel host does not know either band. As K-Pop has become well known in the west, some people muddle Japanese Pop (J-Pop) and K-Pop up. BabyMetal fuses Heavy Metal with J-Pop. however, they are predominantly a metal band. This does take some getting used to 😀 Electric Callboy are known for their recent fun videos and style. They have been a band since 2010 but from my limited knowledge, it is the last three years or so that they have adopted the style they have now.

Fun reaction and a great collab from both bands. And when you said "who is Babymetal" you-as they say-only saw the tip of the Iceberg. The pop influence you picked up on is J-pop (Japan) not K-pop (Korea) but you were absolutely right when you said they make things happy. Babymetal are a unique blend of J-pop and metal that has created their own sub-genre of meatl known as Kawaii or cute/idol metal. They are always a highly positive vibe.Though through their career they've always delved into other musical styles and genres. The whole time remaining uniquely and distinctively Babymetal. If you'd like to experience them in their own concert environment I'll suggest "Pa pa ya" LIVE-it is the consummate summer party song done as only Babymetal can (link follows): kzbin.info/www/bejne/oGOXZ4eHatV1mbM
