It’s not clear how many yg will debut, but I still think this is a media play tactic. Yg is not wasting money and time and effort to produce videos that gathered millions of views for these girls and then not debuting them. Yg is not that stupid so I think he still will debut all 7

They're going to have to spend even more money on them in the long term, if they debut all 7. They have to give salary to their idols. idols don't work for free. And also They are going to have to put more effort on them. Like more security and more management. And after all that extra effort, time and money, the total earnings from this group will be same as blackpink or even less. Meaning... Less profit.

Then in the most basic way that I could thinking of rn I guess kindly I'd suggest you by spending more times while start doing a proper marathon series with all of YGE's survival shows that ever existed on yt, learn to analyze the deeper difference on each show, please do more dissection on YGE's net income for each time they releasing a product (every company's product aside from music/album are also included) and watch more interviews or any in-depth news to every artist that related to YGE (wether they're still actively working for YGE or no longer has a contract with YGE) And maybe you could watch an easy-to-understand type of on-going documentary series such as 'KPOP EVOLUTION' on yt originals, which will be a fine start in case if you didn't know that much about the background of Kpop industry itself Furthermore, once you done with all of that then always fell free to have more discussion with me cus I'd love to have a proper talk about it especially when you can analyze things with much wider perspective 🤞😎

@@L.U.C.A.006 yeah I was worng about 1 thing. That salary part. They don't give their idol salary in that way. K-pop Companies take 90% of the total earnings and give each of their idol 10% divided by the number of idols in the group. So it doesn't really matter to the company that how many members are in the group. Right? And about pre and post debut expenses, Yeah I now know the company isn't going to pay those expenses, But somebody has to. The idols has to pay for that (from their 10% divided by the number of members in the group share), but still it's a risk for company too, what if they are unable pay back?. But I was right about this: The total earnings is completely dependent on group's success and popularity (From concert tickets and Merchandise sales etc.). And having more members in the group is not going to increase the total earning. The only things that's going to happen by having more members are that: 1. the company will gamble more money on their group, which is extra unnecessary risk. 2. The idols will have a harder time paying for all the expenses, because the 10% money that they're getting is going to be divided by a bigger number. And this is not a good thing for the idols, group or the company. This is good for no one.

Yup, I have to say this… out of all the members in the live performances.. Ruka is the one who totally embodies YG… that natural FIERCE stage presence/hyping up the crowd down to the styling is very YGE. She was really giving me old school YGE..that OG HIP HOP YGE.. when there’s 1TYM, Jinusean, Lexy, Perry, Swi.T, Big Mama, Wheesung, Gummy, and SE7EN. They were known for being a more hip hop/r&b-ish label back then. But also has similar aura/natural charisma to CL and GD vibe. She absolutely knows how take over the whole stage and connect to the audience really well. And just like her YG seniors, she will come to her own artistry and be RUKA. Her own charm and identity. But then you see her introduction and character playlist… HER DUALITY IS INSANE… she’s a totally different person when she’s performing. But I also felt that she is going to be a KEY MEMBER of BAEMON too. She is one of the few members who have A LOT of experience performing/being in a group. She’s a very strong and high level dancer, to me she’s going to be that HYPE RAPPER.. the one that can get the crowd going, but also make us cry due to REAL SENTIMENTAL rap/rap lyrics. Some are saying she might be the leader not only because she’s the eldest, but because she was a former JPOP idol. But again… sometimes we don’t know what YHS is thinking and that man is fickle minded too. One minute he said he’s going to debut one group, and disband the other.. but ended up debuting both groups (WINNER/IKON). Then he said TREASURE is only going to 5 then 6 then 7… then we had the final 7 then he announced MAGNUM the other 6 trainees of YGTB then it became TREASURE 13 to TREASURE 12 to now TREASURE 10. So who knows with BABY MONSTER?? I can see it in both ways… I also prefer 7 members to debut.. but if he has valid reasons as to eliminating 2-3 people.. be it the age or need more training to improve on their talent/skills.. I’ll be okay because maybe he plans for a trio or duo maybe they can debut later when they are ready to debut. Honestly, I feel that YHS does have favorites already and they definitely have secure spots in the final line up. But again his decision is all depending on their final evaluations. Maybe there is a twist..like debuting all 7 or maybe an underrated/not so praised trainee makes it and one of the well known/praised fave trainee doesn’t make it. Anything can happen😂

There's still more to it cuz Yang Hyun-Suk only says that when all 7 best chosen trainees are about to finish up their trainee periode and as a YG fam we all already knows that Mr. YG himself has this particular tendency on teasing people about his final decision in which sometimes had a whole deeper twist into it Also, it is very important to keep it in mind the some of the clips within the first introduction video of BABYMONSTER (the one that tittled as "YG NEXT MOVEMENT"), from several snippets within the teaser of BM's "LAST EVALUATION" and even from the first episode of "LAST EVALUATION" where we should be able to spot JENNIE still rockin her orange-colored blonde hair Which in fact she starts having those particular hair colour around April 2022 (or might even earlier than that) and the last time we saw her in that color is on September 5th 2022 (right when they releasing the teaser for BORN PINK album), also according to her appearance on the first episode BABYMONSTER's LAST EVALUATION at the time she still has the same orange-colored blonde hair specifically at the D-7 of mid-check session of when RUKA, AHYEON and PHARITA performing Gone by ROSE and JENNIE just happened to be one of their mentors at the time And it was 30 days worth of preparation given to RUKA, AHYEON and PHARITA before they gets scored on the last evaluation, so in short conclusion if JENNIE was being spotted during 7 days earlier before BABYMONSTER's last evaluation and considering how much busy she is preparing for BLACKPINK's 2nd full-lenght album then we could safely assuming that these last evaluation itself might already finished its recording right before September 5th, 2022, So in that way we could also say that YGE might already had the final line up of BABYMONSTER's official members on their hand, which ofc tbf the whole thing could be completely resulting in such a different outcomes only if BABYMONSTER's LAST EVALUATION process still happening to this day and still not yet meet its final step But then at the end of the day, we all can fully agree that these LAST EVALUATION thingy is supposed to be tellin us the behind the scene footage on how YGE deciding the permanent final line up of future BABYMONSTER, and we should just enjoy the ride like what we used to do with another YGE's survival show such as TREASURE BOX

I do still think that YG will debut all 7 members bc why would he go and promote all 7 of them and introduce all 7 of them just to cut people? Plus i heard that the last evaluation is pre-recorded so it’s from a while ago so they most likely will debut as 7, it could just be a marketing strategy and maybe he thought he was going to cut people but at the end of the last evaluation, he changed his mind and decided to debut all of them. But who knows? If YG does end up cutting people, I will be absolutely heartbroken bc they all deserve to debut 🥺

Back then YG was not afraid of doing anything and was way more "strict" (I'm using this for the sake of not using bad language here). Looks like in Babymonster videos he has gone a lot mild in his approach... Also not to mention, YGE back then was not in debt like now so he could afford to take few risks unlike now, now if he takes risk and it backfires, then the company is gone. So i Still believe that it is a publicity stunt by YHS but we can't say anything for sure as you said he's YHS and he has done some carzy stuff in the past 😂

YGE was in the "Big 3" even before bigbang as they had Big Mama, 1 TYM, SeVen and well YHS himself as he was the part of the group which started today's k-pop (Seo Taiji and boys) so back then he was famous as hell and well because of the response he received from korean audiance as the member of Seo Taiji and boys so he was kind of "fearless" and didn't care a damn about whatever he's doing (using "fearless" because don't want to use bad language coz he was way more than just "fearless" back then). Now is the different time... YG is in a crisis right now as the Blackpink is group which generates above 90% of the profile from company so he won't do anything silly to worsen the situation

@@alfizahfatin7183 well... I am in kpop from 2010 so i actually wasn't active before bigbang... But google tell me that YGE was a top top agency even before BigBang's debut... As i listed above, there are many many groups before BigBang which were a huge hit in domestic market, BigBang changed k-pop because of it's international success (I also came into k-pop because BigBang) as they made YG famous in the 'world' but domestically, YGE was in top k-pop agencies as it had big groups who dominated their era.
