Yup she lost a lot of weight, she's much more skinny than her Last Evaluation era. I think it's because of her health issues that's why she lost a lot of weight.

During her hiatus, a k-netizen reported seeing her at a restaurant with her parents and said that she lost a lot of weight due to her health issue. At the time this was reported that k-netizen got shouted down from the YG haters, who were saying she was on hiatus due to bad/botched side effects from cosmetic surgery. After this teaser dropped, k-netizens examined before and after images of Ahyeon and deduced that she did not have any cosmetic surgery since the were no changes to her facial structure/features beyond weight loss. The k-netizen that made the initial report about weight loss due to health issues, posted an update saying she has more weight in the teaser than when she saw her during hiatus.
