The mini album was already scheduled for April 1st before Ahyeon fully recovered so imagine her fully recovering, then the company having to record her parts of SEVERAL songs, mix it all together in a way that doesn’t sound too jarring since they were recorded at different times than the rest of the group, and then putting together a whole high budget MV for Sheesh as soon as she returns and having that all edited and completed and ready for release, as well as creating the physical albums, there’s a LOT they had to do and they had a very short time to do it all before the fans started to hound them for not forcing Ahyeon content out there quick enough. I’d cut them a bit of slack for this mini album.
