The original Batter Up debuted as OT6 and is a very successful song with currently 281 million views and the song took down Blackpink's debut song, Boombayah 7 year record for the Fastest 200 million views in kpop debut history ever. Ahyeon was sick. You start to realise that Batter Up was written for OT7 with Ahyeon in the vocal mix. Ahyeon just made Batter Up shift up a notch in terms the vocal power that she can bring to the song.

I think the 1st use I saw of the extended ending on Batter Up was their Live Performance at Seoul 2NE1 Welcome Back concert where they performed 2NE1 Dance Mesh Up I am The Best/Can't Nobody/Sheesh/Batter Up extended ending
