Lmao we say this about every group. People thought the same for jyp with nmixx and I’m sure jyp himself thought that until their debut.. their debut wasn’t IT at all and not the reaction they thought they’d get . Lol they might have buzz for their debut if it’s any good and their first two comebacks maybe but this generation is different. Starship who isn’t even apart of fab4 has one of the biggest girl groups in Kpop. Hybe having newjeans who’s another big group and a triple threat. Jyp almost falling off with nmixx.. their comeback saving them a little, sm is about to debut another girl group apparently (idk why aespa isn’t that old but i guess the buzz and competition of the new groups from other companies are really getting to them) Honestly the big3 of girl groups for 4th gen ( like bp, twice and rv of 3rd gen) has been ive, new jeans and lesserafim (barely) .. I’m not into kids debuting especially in this generation it’s happening so often but I’d like to see what yg bring to the table and if what will happen with 4th gen if it’ll move some groups around. Honest opinion tho: new jeans and ive aren’t going anywhere, they’ve made their names and left a mark on the industry.

yhs wasn't saying she should rap slower. he's just telling her to also work on slow raps and her flow. he wasn't criticizing her fast rap. i think he just wanted her to try new things

There really is an issue with her flow from the early evaluation. It's a side-effect of practicing fast rap constantly. If I'm not mistaken, I would assume she must have covered about 10 songs with rapid fire rap. That's why during her recording for her self-made rap song, she feels she's not doing justice so she cried as seen in her introductory vid.

The last YG female rapper to write her own bars was CL, and now they have 2 in the same group. You can never go wrong with originality that comes from group members. I don't think much of Treasure's producers but their rap-line clearly stands out for the reason stated above.

@@kingkrystal6123 With the exception of TeddyJenny and TeddyLisa, every rapper in YG history writes/wrote their own bars - Teddy, Danny Im, Masta Wu, Perry, Jinusean, Epik High, GD, TOP, CL, Bobby, Hanbin, Haruto, Hunsyuk, and Yoshi. Asa and Ruka will join that illustrious list of YG real rappers that helped solidified the agency's famed hip hop foundation.

She need to be versatile in her flows because that speed flow is not something common in Girl Group songs. Thats why they tell that she need to practice more slow flows. But this videos are all from 2018 to 2021, so 2 years gap. She covered Godzilla in 2020 when she was 13/14 yo.

Almost people/expert reaction surprised at Asa's rap. After watching Asa, they didn't feel Ruka impressive and think that the effect was too much. U should understand this. Anyway, Ruka is still main dancer. Everyone has their own abilities
