Actually after watching this episode 1, it really made me think that YG is doing all this just for us to get an emotional attachment with BaeMon then be a loyal fan afterwards. As someone who's a fan of IZ*ONE, I got attach to them cause I watched them struggle or go through a lot in PD48. The emotional bond build through seeing them go through survival show is different and I guess the same goes for Twice when they came from sixteen. Winner from Win. iKON from Mix&Match and Treasure from YGTB. Babymonster OT7. I won't accept any less than that. Thanks for reacting to the episode.

YG's mediaplay. They will debut all 7 members. They even attended TREASURE's concert in Seoul late last year as 7 members. Even Jihoon congratulad all 7 for surviving the evaluations

Baby Monster is going to be a 7 member group for sure here's why: 1- Videos are recorded months ago. If they actually wanted lesser members they would have blurred them like they did to other 3 2- Treasure Jihoon confirmed that 7 of them went to treasure concert 3- Recently Ruka , Pharita , Chiquita and Asa were spotted together. If some of them were to be eliminated one has to be from them because after 7 only 5-member group makes most sense. They can't remove 2 korean trainees

I wanted see bit more of Ruka practicing her rap and her struggles. I hope she gets more screen time in next Ep or it will be disappointing. Also after seeing them having hard time covering gone really puts Rosie into another perspective. How she killed that song. That part at the end of the chorus is really very hard. It literally requires to transition through different vocal registers so quickly and while using bit falsetto.

I Guess they intentionally didn’t shows a lot of Ruka practice cause they didn’t want to spoil the Rap. Cause originally there is no Rap part. To make like bigger effects later. I suppose And for the Vocal Part. I agree it’s really hard. And doing it again and again like those girls did, they practiced too much it’s Risky for your vocal chords. Rosé herself doesn’t sing this part in Live.

"Turn into survival show"? I believe I remember that the Pinks have said (though I'm paraphrasing from memory) that the only difference between their training and a survival show was that their training was not televised.

they will still debut with 7 members that's for sure but do you know why YG made this? of course so that people know like Jennie said how hard Blackpink tried when they were trainees and now they hope people also see that from Baby Monster, how to work hard, grow and process together and it's really not easy being a trainee at YG is never easy

No, it's 10 eps minimum. Ended in May/June, debut in August.

I feel like they will debut as 7. Eliminating someone now who we already expected to be in the group will piss a lot of people off. It's YG, though, so you never know.
