I know, right. I am also wondering if they are using this since the timing seems about right that they are going to have Babymonster appear at Coachella? The way that they are stretching this out seems like the last episode will drop about a week or two from the first weekend of Coachella.The fact that Ahyeon talked about it in her introduction video and Asa rapped about it makes it seem like a possibility. If they appeared in any capacity, it would be the most epic introduction leading up to their debut. This is my copium for what YG is planning for them to debut as a 7 member group.

I have a spoiler: First they are gonna debut as 7, no matter what, because this last evaluation was from the time when Jennie had orange colored hair, during the photoshoot for BORN PINK album covers. If YG had the intention of not debuting them as 7, he wouldn't have wasted his time on introducing them all, cause the ones who weren't selected for debut was already blurred out from the members introduction video. Also, YG won't be such an idiot to let them go like that after developing their individual fan base. Second: Team B is going to sing STAY by BLACKPINK. that's all....byyyyeeee😃

Fifth harmony, little mix, twice are in 8-12 million subs while blackpink has 84 million subs. 38 million followers on Spotify but next best is 12 million. The difference is too big.

I mean I think that naturally the way this has been presented is intentional but I have heavy doubts that the members themselves are in on it and just pretending. They're pretty legit conditions and common things which happen when practicing - especially as hard as they are considering the weight of this evaluation. Moreso just shows their journey and that whilst they're super strong and really powerful, they're still learning their limits and how/when to not push themselves over those physical and mental limits. Pretty genuine if you ask meeeee

I wanted see bit more of Ruka practicing her rap and her struggles. I hope she gets more screen time in next Ep or it will be disappointing. Also after seeing them having hard time covering gone really puts Rosie into another perspective. How she killed that song. That part at the end of the chorus is really very hard. It literally requires to transition through different vocal registers so quickly and while using bit falsetto.

You are witnessing the first ever girl group survival show under YG (there never was one for 2NE1 or Blackpink at all). There has always been one for the boy groups under YG ever since Bigbang and they have been even more brutal. So far it seems mild in comparison to past YG survival shows but not bad….I still think this is YGs way to build up the hype/ fandom prior to debut! I still believe in OT7. I mean look what happened with Treasure was originally going to be a smaller group but the official debut number was a lot larger

Not gonna lie, this is a wicked thing to be posted. We get to see what YG is looking for in their idols, we see how a group performance is being built, the advice the trainees get, the struggles, the curveballs, the effort... Jennie's words literally got me floored. The switch of parts between Ahyeon and Pharita, Ruka asking for help with her pronunciation. The AMOUNT OF TIME everybody put in for this perfomance (and I am talking about every person involved in it in any shape or form) is mind-blowing. Now I GET why Blackpink does not put out song after song after song. It's quality over quantity, as it should be. I only hope two things: 1. To have our 7 member lineup intact. 2. That YG will do this kind of content for all the upcoming groups, to show us how they formed them. Maybe do this for Blackpink too? It would be fun to have this too. So.... THANK YOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED. I really hope though all 7 girls will be debuting together. ^^

I'm really familiar with YG's survival show because i have followed WIN and Mix&Match, also i have watched BIGBANG REAL DOC before. So, i KNEW the stress, like.. i cried during the last ep. of WIN and i'm a guy lol but yeah I'm not suprised by this move from YHS/YG. Tbh those clips of YG seniors mentoring them were from last year as i heard, BABYMON will be 7, this is basically just a documentary, a content making and a marketing move, not a real time event of the survival evalution, they have passed that phase i believe and now they are literally preparing for the actual debut or maybe pre-debuts first, like what they did with Treasure's Going Crazy and their solo/unit covers.

2:25 this is exactly what he said for Treasure. He said that he was thinking on 5 members but was not yet sure and it might be 6 or 7 instead. Later it grew to a super 13 member group with 2 units and later debuta with a 12 member lineup. So it makes me optimistic, but i will not get my hopes up to avoid disappointment. Like, i believe it is most likely to debut with 7 members, but will still accept that it might not be the case (just in case).

Ruka is one member I feel is safe (even tho I think no one is getting cut) because of her intro video. I can't imagine the uproar from fans of them exploiting her sadness of how she was crying and felt about being 20 and in her current position. Like it's beyond evil, YG making fans attach to her and rooting for her based on her struggles knowing she's not in the group, assuming these are prerecorded. I think yg is doing something similar to what stray kids were done... A final lineup group going through a survival show... Then 2 members got eliminated and brought back ... Hmm I just noticed after watching it again that Jennie in the beginning said members and not trainees. Jennie said "there's not a member that falls behind." I noticed in all the intro videos the girls never called each other as members but trainees. Also when they were showing the interviews of some of the girls after yhs said he didn't know how many members there were going to be, they didn't seem to be to stressed about it. Normally on survival shows, when hearing big news like that about being cut, they show at least one contestant crying and hoping they don't get cut lol. Anyway I just refuse to believe they cutting anyone so I'm over analyzing everything to help me cope, lmao. Edit: Oh another thing I just noticed in the beginning at 2:02, I'm assuming thats Keil Tutin, why would he be helping all 7 girls if it's not the complete group? Dude is a world renown choreographer, pretty sure he helps choreograph not train so why would he be choreographing the 7 members when its "supposedly" not the actual group. Lol.
