I think they hadn’t danced together all 7 of them before, as previous trainees had been there and they would be split in different groups and stuff or like 1 big group maybe? but the first time of all of them and just them

Kind of been said. But they had other trainers with them previously. You see some in the introduction vids with their faces blurred. And many more over the years some of them trained. This is the first time these 7 together.

According to BlackPink document on Netflix. They training for 14-16 hours per day, 13 days straight, on the 14 day they get off.

I disagree with Lee Su-hyun's evaluation of their "STAY" performance. She seemed to want them to be "brighter" in their performance but the song is about a dying relationship, it's a sad song. Singing it with an upbeat attitude would have ruined the performance. Lee Su-hyun is a good singer but she's very niche, and I'm not convinced that she knows how to mentor or judge anyone outside of her particular style of music.
