Jan, I look forward to your reactions to these last evaluation episodes as much as the weekly episodes themselves lol. It's probably a long-time YG stan connection thingy. The DKWTD re-arrangement was SO GOOD, Choice and the gang was cooking something special with that one. The girls' cover and performance was flawless - facial expressions, stage presence, vocals, synchronized dancing, you name it - all on point. Nobody missed; they all served. I mean, it's already expected given YG's high standards as far as talent is concerned, but I'm still so astounded every time by how talented these girls are. YG is very lucky to have found them and gather them all in one team. I'm beyond excited for the solo vocal performances. From the preview it looks like we're getting at least 3 performances per episode so that's really good for the show's pacing plus the clean versions we're going to have after - so much content from here on out and I absolutely love it. By the way, I love seeing Seunghoon being a doting big brother to Pharita - very heartwarming. That's pretty much what I feel toward these girls - they're like my younger sisters whom I'm cheering on and rooting for all the way to succeed. Regarding the teaser, those tears shed by Asa, Pharita, and Haram were definitely happy tears. We already discerned right from the get-go that YG is just playing with us with this show and all of the drama surrounding it and that all of them will debut, but that scene pretty much seals the deal. But hats off to YG for this show man, they hit it out of the park. Excellent showcase of the girls' charms, talents, and the struggles of their journey towards officially debuting as the new YG superstars. Much has been said about YG taking their time with the girls' debut but no one can deny that this show is very effective at what it's supposed to do - drawing in LOTS of fans and building a loyal fanbase pre-debut. Saludo YG.

@@WillemPastore last evaluation episodes felt more of a recap on how none of them got eliminated than being an actual survival show. An 18 min 'survival show' for free on yt? If yg wanted to get some extra revenue off of the girls they wouldve done an actual survival show on a streaming platform. Though nothing is set in stone yet for these 7 girls until babymonster becomes BAEMON(official name probably) it is all but confirmed that 7 of them will debut because as you said yg is already uploading tiktok vids of them. Also fans are already trying to get a video of them outside yg. Managaers arent even stopping the fans🤷 So yeah if im yg there is no point in trying to hide the obvious

My deductive reasoning is that they will debut as 7 member. There were 10 trainees and these episodes filmed many months ago, and Haram and Rora lived at home based on their individual intro videos. In the 2nd behind the scene videos filmed in the dorm probably last year based on the weather, but you can see 8 beds and Haram and Rora are sleeping in the dorm. This would have been after the other 3 trainees left. It does not make business sense to have Haram and Rora move into the dorm from their homes and invest time and money to do all of these promotion if you were not going to debut all 7 girls. Let's hope YG agrees with my logic.

First, I enjoyed your reaction! Coming from a fellow YG stan makes it 1000% better!! Second, I'm 1000% confident that Baemon will be 7. If anyone falls for the editing at this point of the evaluation, I don't know what to say to you haha. Its being edited into like a survival like show, but they are basically giving us a behind the scenes look on how the group was ultimately formed. If you search hard enough on sns, there's like clips of all of them on twitter entering and leaving the yg building nowadays. It looks like YG is even letting them post on their tik tok and IG accounts now too. All the proof of OT7 is starting add up, so don't worry! But I do wish we got music from them though. I'm assuming the earliest we can get a debut date from them will be after Jisoo's solo promotions and BP's coachella performances. So around May? I guess we'll have to wait and see for now.

yeah, i think this is the first time that I see rappers of yg in the bottom , usually they are on top. like haruto and hyunsuk, mino of winner, b.i and bobby of ikon, cl, lisa and jenny ,gd and t.o.p. They are iconic and popular . I think this is a group vocally focused.

@@tigger7744 Nah, that was just a mid-check evaluation ranking anyway. The important assessment and ranking will come from their actual performances. As you can see from the preview Asa was praised after her performance. Also, you can't base a group's direction from these survival show rankings. Babymonster, as a certified YG group, will definitely have hiphop as one of their core aspects, their three rappers have already proven themselves to be damn good (and no doubt the best in their generation).

@@cavendish2925 And being at the bottom of the mid-check ranking does not mean they are weak rappers... we've all seen their individual performances and I'd say they are top tier. Also, this is a year ago... there has been NO YG group that debut right off the bat after they were formed, every group took more than a year before they actually debut and their training doesn't stop after groups were formed... actually I think a more rigorous training happens after they finalize the lineup because YG rookies are off the roof when they debut, far more talented that their trainee selves. And these girls are fast learners and very talented so I know they will live up to their name "baby monster" when they debut.
