The search for perfection, to be a star on stage, to bring a song to life, to touch and connect with fans. There is an element of kpop that isnt present in western music. And that being the connection. Most western musicians writer their own music but have narrow appeal because its one genre. Whereas Kpop is influences by multiple genres and always adapting.
