How do you remove the eco mode that puts off the monitor please

We have these and honestly I regret them. The camera has SO much zoom. I have to place the camera on the complete opposite side of the living room just to get an image that has the whole bassinet in view, but because I do that the footage is at an angle so if baby is on the front side of the bassinet you can’t see them.

In the split screen mode is there an option to be able to hear from both screens?

Hi Heather! Split screen mode allows you to view two rooms at once, but you will only hear sounds from the camera being monitored at the time. Easily switch between the cameras with a press of a button or automatically when in SCAN Mode.​

Hello, can you please help me? I just bought this product, and I’m charging the monitor for 6 hours now, the light turned green and I cannot turn it on. Nothing happens, but when I plug it in again, the light shows red for a time. Is it need more charging for first time or something is wrong with the product? Thank you very much!

⁠@@KeloQuonnie Yes, the solution was unplugging the battery from the monitor, wait a little, then plug in again. This kind of resets the monitor itself. Hope it helps you too!
