आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है चावल की मलाईदार खीर, पके हुए चावल से बनाये लच्छेदार खीर, मसाला किचन की आसान खीर, रबड़ी, बासुंदी, पुडिंग रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बाजार जैसी बासुंदी, लच्छेदार रबड़ी, खुरचन वाली खीर बनाने की विधि | इंस्टेंट खीर, चावल की खीर, साबूदाना खीर, खीर बासुंदी, गाढ़ी खीर बासुंदी बनाने की आसान रेसिपी कम चीज़ों से | टेस्टी खीर बनाने का आसान तरीका | सेवइयाँ रेसिपी, मलाई खीर बनाने की विधि। मसाला किचन की चावल वाली खीर, चावल पुडिंग/मिठाई रेसिपी ज़रुर देखिये और रेसिपी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर करें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Water(पानी) - 2-3 Spoon
* Milk(दूध) - 2 Litre
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 2 Pinch
* Cooked Rice(पके हुए चावल) - 1 Bowl
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Almonds(बादाम) - Some
* Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli(चिरौंजी/चारोली) - Some
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
* Saffron Milk(केसर दूध) - 2 Cup
RECIPE:
Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame & put some Water & Milk in it & keep it boiling. When the milk starts boiling then take out the 2 cups of Milk in a bowl & put some Saffron Strands. Mix well & keep it aside. Cook the remaining Milk on a slow flame & put Baking Soda, Cooked Rice. Cover & cook & stirring in between until the Rice is cooked well. Then put Sugar, Cardamom Powder & Dry Fruits like - finely chopped Almonds, Chironji/Charoli, Pistachio & Saffron Milk. Then cook for 2-3 minutes & turn the flame off. Keep it for a cool down, serve it & garnish with some nicely chopped Dry Fruits. In this way, Super-Tasty & Malaidar Chawal Kheer/Pudding/Rice Dessert will get ready easily.
