Sir, I was bitten by a dog on 25/05/24 and I took Tetnus and ARV from private medical shop on 26/05/24 within 24 hrs. And, again I took ARV from government hospital on 27/05/24 within 48 hrs. And,if I will follow 0,3,7,14,28 schedule according to government hospital. Then, I am safe or not? Please, reply sir extra doses of ARV without any further delay or gaps can harm us?

Lekin mujhe ajj yani aj 25-04-2024 ko ek street dog ne teeth laga liya ....aur scratch bhi aya 1..kya booster dose lena padega firse 2 kya mein safe hoon Maine to 11 month pehle full vaccination kiya tha aur 1 month pehle booster 2 dose bhi liya ... Phir bhi booster lena padega 3 apne bola tha booster dose 3 month 90 days tak asar hota hai to phir kyun dun.. 4 agar vaccine lagbana hai to kab lagao... 5 two booster dose kitna din tak asar body mein rahega ...

usually two booster doses are required in re-exposure cases. It protects against the current dogbite. It boosts the immune response which has been previously formed by full course of ARV. Mene 4 dose liya tha but re exposure par vaccine nhi liya ( re exposure 4 dose lene ke 2 month bad huwa) aur re exposure huwe ab 8 month ho Gaye jab re exposure huwa tha tab 4 dose complete kiye 2 month huwa tha ab 8 month hone chale re exposure par vaccine nhi liya ??? these types of cases are very complex. Making decision sometimes become very tough . Two school of thoughts are there for such cases- first - ARV should not be given for next 90 days. second - ARV should be given irrespective of the time gap. WHO - in 2018 proposed 3months concept. Hello sir Mene Arv ka first dose IM vaccine liya , actually mene suna IM me Needle 90 degree me pura muscle ke under jana chahiye but sir mere case me 75-80’ degree me pura muscle k undar tha, ye kaam karega ya galat ho gaya hai

Sir, I was already undergoing Abhayrab ARV Doses for Category 2 exposure(no HRIG). On the next Day of Dose 4, I had a probable Dog scratch(suspected).But, since I took the Dose 4 on just the previous Day of scratch, I took NO HRIG and just completed the 5th Dose on the pre-scheduled Date on Day 28. It is to be noted that I took the full ARV Course (5 doses) 5 years back(Last Dose on 07/04/2019) & also took 3 Doses on January ,2023(1 year Back). I have never taken HRIG ever. 1. Was I supposed to take HRIG due to the above mentioned Dog scratch which occurred on the succeeding Day of Dose 4 of ARV? 2.Since, it has been 5 years since my last completed ARV Doses, will it be a problem that I have not taken HRIG? (Also to be noted that I was already taking ongoing ARV Doses) 3.Sir, please tell me that I am 100% safe or not? 4.Maine kabhi bhi HRIG Nahi liya, to usme kich dikkat hain kya? Thank you for your precious time and advice.

Sir. A dog came near me (,3 to 4 feet away from me ) and drops some saliva on ground and run. Do rabies virus spread from that drop saliva through air (I didn't touched that dropped saliva and dog didn't bite or scratch me.. I was just near that dropped saliva.) Can rabies virus spread by air . Should I get vaccine

अरे भाई मेरे घर में 10 गए हैं मुझे रोज चाटती है कभी-कभी मैं उसके मुंह में हाथ भी दे देता हूँ और रोज आवारा गाय को रोटी खिलता हूँ जिससे लार लग जाती है. मैं देखता हूं तुम हमेशा बेफिजूल के सवाल पूछते रहते हो और समय बर्बाद करते तुम बहुत परेशान हो जीवन को खुशी से जियो कुछ होने वाला नहीं है एक दिन सब कुछ दुनिया को छोड़कर जाना है इसीलिए टेंशन फ्री रहो. और ज्यादा डर लग रहा है तो 3 गवर्नमेंट अस्पताल लेलो. और टेंशन फ्री हो जाओ आज तक मैंने अपना जीवन में कभी नहीं सुना की गाय की लार से किसी को रेबीज हो गया हो
