These are very helpful tips. I follow some of these too. Steaming too helps a lot in relieving congestion and blocked nose. Lekin agar baby chota h toh surf kuch boondien Euclayptus oil ki pillow ya blanket pe dalne se bhi sahi rehta hai. Mai Anveya ka pure Euclayptus oil use karti hu and it works wonderfully

The video is very informative and I am sure they help a lot. However this makes me even more concerned because my 2 year old daughter rejects majority of food/drink items that you mentioned and doesn't allow massages too. She starts crying, gets angry etc. I know this video was for 4+ yr old kids but some of them could have been applied on younger kids too.
