Loved all the info, as I am obsessed w/BR540! The closest dupes IMO are Al Harr- Amber Oud Rouge,& Frederica Mahora-PureRoyal 910.. nothing compares to the OG’s tho! I just got the Ana Abiyedh-Rouge, & it’s a spot on dupe- but it’s a bit sharp,& masculine leaning, compared to the airy,& unisex original.

You're right, arianna grande cloud has moderate lasting power and silliage so it doesn't hold a candle to br540. But as a scent by itself it is a great crowd pleaser and so yummy. Will probably use as a spray for errands and quick visits. I bought amber oud a while ago for better performance, can't wait to compare the two. Thanks for the video!

Great video! You are so pretty!! 😭🥰 So I didn’t have any way to smell BR 540 so my first “dupe” I tried was Cloud because everyone was talking about it. I really loved it! I thought if BR is even better it’s got to be the best scent in the world! So I got the fragrance oil and I ordered samples from the MFK website. Unfortunately I cannot smell it! It smells kind of dirty and disappears on me instantly. I kind of smell the sweetness at first so that’s where I’m assuming the cloud comparison comes in. It bums me out sooo bad I can’t smell it!

I just bought a bottle of Mizenser For Your Love, if you haven’t tried it you should! To me it is a better version of br540 but with a bit of raspberry in there as well. Great stuff. I decluttered cloud a long time ago when I got br540 and then I decluttered it then got sensual instinct then decluttered it LOL and now I have For Your Love. I don’t like to have many of this particular type of scent profile because I get bored of it easily or rather it just looses its luster so I keep decluttering to find the perfect one or two and that keeps changing for me apparently 😂

I love these scent profiles! Im just scared to try the actual BR 540 because chances are im gunna love it. I just picked up instant crush and rouge smoking and love them! Cloud reminds me of that sterile metallic operating room smell. I will say instant crush smells like greenwich village to me. I did a side by side comparison and theyre definitely similar!

i owned Cloud and Burberry Her... not really dupes, but they give off the same feel in the drydown... but not close.... before i even started collecting perfumes, i have already been obsessed with In the Stars.... so no wonder i am so inlove with that kind of scent profile... the two that are so similar are Amber Oud Rouge and Ajmal Aristocrat :) i also don't get why people hate on Dossier and other "clone" houses, then they are okay with perfumes that are also clones/dupes but aren´t advertised as such.....

In my opinion, the best "dupe" for Baccarat rouge 540 edp is Manege Rouge by Al Haramain. It's a gorgeous scent on its own, but to be honest it's very very veryyyyyy similar to br 540 (99% close to the original imo).

Tiziana terenzi spirito fiorentino not a dupe but has some of that vibe with a strong leather note. It's beautiful though! Best clone or dupe I have found is the parfumes vintage sunset in heaven. It's so close to the original BR540 edp. Just slightly less sweet and has a mild orange top note, I find it more wearable in the warm weathe and I go less nose blind to it, but 95%-98% the same. I was extremely impressed!!!

I just decluttered BR540 Extrait. Theres so many incredible dupes out there so there's no point in spending $435 on a 50ml bottle, IMO. I own Cloud and Amber Oud Rouge as well as Aurora from Julianna's Perfumes. I really enjoy mixing Cloud and Amber Oud Rogue. But Julianna's Perfumes dupe for BR540 is terrible. It has a minty quality to it that is not anywhere in BR540. Really disappointed in that one but I would say it is 75% the same. To me, that's not enough to be a true dupe but when I would get whiffs of it in the air, it smelled very similar. Smelling my wrist was where I got the main difference.

Cloud is a sweeter more tropical version of BR540 but they smell very very similar to my nose. BR540 is more spicy. People get them confused all the time when they smell them. Burberry Her is absolutely not a dupe of BR540, IMO. It smells NOTHING like it!!

I’m not sure if Zara releases these in the US but they currently have a perfume called “red temptation”. It’s a spot on dupe for the extrait version and costs 15,95€ for 80ml. A dupe company that I find also does a great one is Divain. I own their extrait version and it’s very similar! And lastly I have a small bottle of Tinharé by les couvent des minimes (nog as cheap though). Great dupe for the edp! (Bit sweeter than the others).

I wouldn't call tribeca even remotely similar to br540. Tribeca smells like synthetic pineapple. Br540 is just way super sweet sugar. I love the extrait, hate the EDP. The extrait has the burnt sugar smell but it's not as sickly sweet. I ordered the al harmain dupe so. Looking forward to that. Sensual instinct isn't a dupe either, it's just a fake rose way sweet perfume. But generally I don't like Montale or mancera because they smell very synthetic.

I don't have any of the Orientica perfume. I do know they are owned by Swiss Arabian, the dupe house in UAE. I do mention in my reviews if fragrance goes anosmic to the wearer. Usually high quality naturals do that, which Orientica definitely is not. I hope that helps.

I don't know what's wrong with me but I just can't buy a dupe (non an unintentional dupe). I know that it is probably a waste of money to always buy the original, but I feel like I can't be logical and accept that a dupe might contain the same quality of ingredients as the original. By the way, this is no slight at you. You have the best of the best of the best. Buying 9 or 10 top end Rojas at once direct from the brand is something that I have never seen another perfume enthusiast do on KZbin. That's one of the reasons that I liked you right away. You are a true connoisseur and you are not in it to pinch pennies (smart shopping--YES!). But you are not skirting around the subject just reviewing samples and decants as a lot of KZbinrs do

That is one of your specializations--providing product knowledge that no other KZbin fragrance experts are able to provide because they do not actually have the products, don't know where to get them, or want to have a channel without investing enough to acquire the physical product to be able to provide content that subscribers can't come to their own conclusions about. People are resourceful and can easily do their own research. They aren't going to watch videos of information that they could do a better job of themselves. I have often thought that my ideas and knowledge are better than what some KZbinrs offer. Certain KZbinrs are enjoying the luxury of a subscriber base accumulated on account of the fact that they were quick at the draw to start their channel three years ago. They have a cool set-up and intro, but not much more. Al Haramain Amber Oud Rouge SKIP IT ...I have an old bottle which was an EXACT CLONE from top to base 95 % or better ...then now it is REFORMULATED no burnt sugar saffron but mostly alcohol and a wiff of jasmine very very disappointing..Gyrfalcon is overpriced for what it is ..it 22 dollars overseas ..here it is 70 and is not even on par with AG Cloud which begrudgingly is the best in my opinion

Wow, you must have had a bad fake. Amber Oud Rouge definitely has the burnt sugar smell. Also, Gyrfalcon was only $21 for me. I don’t know where you bought yours.
