Pediatrician has told that my baby stomach has blown like a balloon and told it's because of overfeeding. He has told to feed after 2.5-3 hrs only. But my baby cries alot before 2 hrs only and the family then pressurize me to feed him and says that the baby is hungry. But he hiccups after every feed and then while breathing and sleeping he makes noise like he is uncomfortable. What can I do to make him relaxed and improve his digestion. After burping or passing gas also he is not fully relaxed.

Shreya what if 2.5 mth old baby is taking feed only of 5-8 mins in an interval of 1.5 hrs. Earlier it being 30 mins to 1 hr to 2 hr in an interval of 1.5 hrs.

Pl note if weight is an issue we expect minimum 100 -150 gm per week from 15 th day U compare it from birth weight of baby. Pl note if weight is too less u should give formula twice a day atleast . So that growth happens properly
