Bach has been part of our musical culture for a long time. I think this is partly due to our organ culture. From organ builders to Sweelinck, the organist's organist, we've always had a special connection with the instrument of all instruments and therefore the composer of all composers, Bach. Easter is coming up again, this means there will be more amazing performances of the passions in a week than most countries see in a year.

It motivates me to continue practicing my Bach (which I don't play in the right order either :D). It may still be a long time before I can play like that; or I can never do it...
