Hi Jean-Guihen , first of all, thank you so much for your videos, very helpful to guide us in Bach! I've got an idea for the bass line at the end of the second menuet. As we modulate in E minor from measure 18, with the D sharp , I'd play measure 20 : D sharp half note, E quarter note ( which becomes the second degree of D major) then measure 21: A half note , A quarter note , next measure G, F sharp as you said.. But yes , measure 20 and 21 are a bit weird. Looks like a part of the phrase is missing..
