Llega ese momento en el cual el interprete llega al corazon oculto de una obra y lo traslada para el goce de los oidos y el espiritu... Gracias Señor Brendel....!!!!!!

Brendel's interpretation of the fugue is one of the best I've heard, brings out all the voices and colors but also the dynamic control maintains the phrasing and tension!

Wow. So incredibly beautiful, the rhythm, the depth, sensuality, balance. What more can I say only Alfred Brendel. Non other.

I must write again as I have listened to this many times now. When an artist really touches the soul it is deep and rare. I feel that Brendel is most himself thru his playing and when that comes thru it is truly awsome. Therefore without ever meeting an individual you may connect because of the power of his art and that is Brendel.

The most intimate and exuberant interpretation in my opinion. Brendel and Bach is magic!
@paulprocopolis12 жыл бұрын
IMO this is a really excellent performance! It's very articulate and clearly expounded, showing wonderful control of tone in Brendel's own inimitable way. The fantasy is perhaps carefully crafted rather than spontaneous, but none the worse for that. Overall, this is one of the most convincing readings of this work that I've heard. Thanks also for the wonderful 'Brendel gallery' - reflecting the many sides of this artist!

BEST INTERPRETATION OF THIS BACH,S PIECE !
@berlinzerberus12 жыл бұрын

@berlinzerberus Er funny that you've now decided to write in German. I basically just wanted to know if there was something in the score that led you to believe it was a harpsichord piece. A few of the pieces from the 48 are clearly for organ, for example, so there is no clear division between organ and other keyboard music three. I basically wanted to know why this piece is different?
@chrish1234512 жыл бұрын
how do you know it was written for the harsichord?
@shenhe628111 жыл бұрын
Good beginning, but sort of losing Bach qualities from the middle.

well yeah, the organ is a keyboard instrument too...

Origins of music unevidenced. Except it is gift to humanity from God the Creator. Music continues in heaven. Discontinues in hell. Jesus Christ came from heaven to earth for one purpose only - to die on cross for remissions of pre-existing sins of every single person and to resurrect. Jesus Christ providing forgiveness from pre-existing sins for every single person, salvation from eternity in hell and free entry to eternity in heaven for all who repent of sins in Jesus Christ. Other side of death is eternity. Eternity in hell. Or eternity in heaven through Jesus Christ. Penalty of pre-existing sins already paid by Jesus Christ on The Cross. Accept HIM. Repent sins in Jesus Christ name. Be saved from eternal in hell. Enter heaven. Enjoy heavenly music. For free.

07:22 fugue "Brendel imitates the tone of an organ instead of those of a harpsichord for which the composer it actually had written!" Better the organ than harpsichord. Harpsichord by default? Unfortunate that Bach did not have today's piano. (I say this as a harpsichord owner.)
