I like the tip on 'failure'. I heard an SAS guy say that selection training was designed to reveal your weaknesses & find where you fail. Not to punish, but open your eyes, give humility, & make you raise questions on how to overcome your obstacles. When I applied that change of attitude to martial arts practice (and life itself) so much changed for the better...

Excellent tips! 👏 Exercise ,or movement in general, if it vibes w/ who we are, will feel good and be part of our self-care practice. 👍
