I know that both were very excellent players . The sound of cello is so clear and fluent, But the role of harpsichord is little bit thin. How do you think ?

The recording engineer has a lot to answer for this.Zuzanna Ruzickova is best known for her grand pedal harpsichord performance as in her many recording. Pierre Fournier is one of the world top cellist.

Fournier is playing in a very romantic style with a dense tone and heavy use of vibrato which does not match the baroque quality that the harpsichord evokes.

This recording sounds really old. When was it done?

At least 40 years ago. Fournier died in Jan 1985.

Why? I think Fournier understood and applied baroque playing practice in this performance, except for applying too much vibrato. I hear almost continuous vibrato which is inappropriate for a baroque piece like this one. But I would not call this performance "horrible" because of this flaw.
