my pakistani friend showed me this song when we were doing a phd in america. I’m indian but from Australia, we really vibed so hard to our shared love of hindi/urdu indian music. This song always reminds me of those stressful 3am nights where we would just sit back and relax to the soothing sounds of some great indie music. She was diagnosed with child cancer when she had just turned 2. (NEUROBLASTOMA) This song has been with her since, she is half italian so her mom only speaks to her in english.. doesnt know a word of urdu but knows your song by heart. She is currently about to come to and end of her cancer treatment in sha Allah so she can be cancer free. I know you travel to Toronto a lot, it's where we live and we are having a cancer free celebration for her in August. Is there any say you can make a personalized video for her? Or even perform for her on her big day? It would really really really mean a lot. I hope you can do this in sha Allah.
