Always roll the foot. But if you are on heels, it's usually in the middle towards the front (when the movement is completed)

I have a problem with balancing... even when i spot, i get dizzy easily... any advice?..

With practice, a lot of practice, the dizziness will disappear. Even without the spotting. If you know you are healthy and you don't have like an ear condition (pre-existing balance issue) with practicing it should disappear. It takes a few weeks or months :D
