Hello, guys! Is there a diffence between those two terms, that you use: cambré and headroll? :)

Hey there! Super good question! The (rotational) Cambré is a head movement, so a lot of people just call them head movements or sometimes head rolls. For us, the (rotational) Cambré is different from a head roll because the focus is more about opening the chest to the roof and bending the back. On the head roll we focus on doing a small upper body movement.

Hello guys! Could you please advise if when the follower arrives up (from the pendulum/lateral reverse wave), he/she needs to transfert the full weight on the left leg, or if he/she need 50-50 on both legs before executing the cambré. Thanks! 😇😄
